Privacy Policy

1- REFUND POLICY:
to be eligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we can not refund any of our skincare products. to complete your return , we require a receipt or proof of purchase. please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2- REFUNDS ( if applicable )
Once Your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify that we have. Received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


3- POSTAGE:


UK ORDERS: 


-If the Parcel is returned to us because you didn't pick it up or of negligence 

We can not refund only if you pay the postage again and we will send it out again.

- if a package is lost or not delivered it will take 10-20 days to investigate what happened with the parcel , and if Royal Mail claims is lost we will process a refund in 14 Days 

If Royal Mail claims that the package has been received than we can not refund the money.

Every package has a tracking number 

Once says delivered & has a picture showing is delivered and you claim you did not receive the package 

Contact Royal Mail and Claim for your package 

You will get the money back From the postage Claiming is Lost. 

Once delivered we do not keep any responsibility 

We send a email with the tracking number so it’s your responsibility to get interested about your package as we can not keep up with the orders.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:


-International orders sometimes have delays 

Please track your package & get interested calling your country post office

Sometimes they can take up to 30 days to arrive.

Every package has a tracking number 

Once says delivered & has a picture showing is delivered and you claim you did not receive the package 

Contact Royal Mail and Claim for your package 

You will get the money back From the postage Claiming is Lost. 

Once delivered we do not keep any responsibility 

We send a email with the tracking number so it’s your responsibility to get interested about your package as we can not keep up with the orders.

If your package is lost we will refund the money or send the products again!

-If package is not called for and returned the delivery fee will not be refunded

The products will dispatch again after paying the delivery fee



no refund on the products only exchange!
